I have had T-Mobile for about a year now. Here is what I think of them:

Customer Service:

  • Very friendly
  • Apologize for keeping you on the phone for more than 5 minutes
  • They know what phones that I have - Maybe its just me but I think that is cool.
  • Even their automated menu is cool - they have this lady's voice where you say balance and she says, "Check your balance, OK." And the voice is so polite I forget that I am talking to a machine. :)
  • The only thing that I can say bad about them is that they aren't up on all of the viruses that can attack the phones - My friend has the same phone that I do on a different network. I call him up after I get off of the phone with customer service and say, " I'm getting a new phone." Then he tells me that the same thing happened to him its a virus.

The Network:

  • The network in my area is not the best - There are many spots in my house that I can't get a signal. There are cities in my area where my phone doesn't even work. Its funny when you cross a city line it stops working. That area is debating whether to put a tower up but it doesn't look good.

So if you are willing to sacrifice dead spots for excellent customer service then T-Mobile is for you. :D
