Signal is awful

T-Mobile —
From the beginning we could not get a signal where we live, rural area, which I am a stay at home mom with disabilites & if I need to get ahold of my husband for an emergency the cell phone is my life saver. I tried to return the phone & not keep the contract and with only having so many days to return it, time ran out because they were trying everything NOT to have me return it, making excuses to try this try that. They did finally send a return slip but it was already past the so many days of being able to return them. Therefore we got stuck in a 2 year contract which could've been prevented. When our contract is up in 6 more months we are switching companies as fast as we can. I would try to switch now but we will probably still get stuck with a $250 contract breaking fee. We might get a bar but if we are lucky to get one it's standing by our front door and not moving at all or we will be disconnected/constant dropped calls. It's ridiculous having to go thru this every time we need to use our cell phone. There are times we get a voice message but we don't get it until later sometimes even days later because of not getting a signal. Since we cannot get a signal we don't even come close to using our 700 minutes a month we have for two phones (yes 2 phones) & they do not roll over which every company should have roll over. T-Mobile is one company I will tell anyone & everyone I do NOT recommend them. We were with another company before T-Mobile and we had good service out here. We thought we would go with T-Mobile because it is a little cheaper. It's true what they say, "you get what you pay for!"Last edited on Apr 15, 2008
