As with every cell phone carrier, a times comes when you must talk to customer service for whatever reason. I've had service with T-Mobile since 2002 and I cannot tell you how much I actually look forward to speaking with their customer service. Every time I've had an issue, it has been solved, to my satisfaction. They are always friendly, and appear to really enjoy their jobs. Whoever does their training should offer their services and expertise to other companies. If there have been mistakes on billing, they have promptly taken care of the issue or explained to me, in a tone and manner that I could understand and relate to, why I was charged and what the fee was referencing.
I cannot say enough good things about them.
