Good enough reception. Good coverage. Great service.

After being with Cingular for three years, I decided to switch to T-Mobile. I was sick of the crappy service and billing mix-ups.  I miss the incredible coverage that I had with Cingular, but I could not be happier with the hassle-free service of T-Mobile.  The plans are good, and fairly and competitively priced.  I do tire of the contract limitations.  I've had to extend my contract with every change/addition I've made to my account.  This is the only major frustraction that I've had with T-Mobile.  Overall, I'm a content customer.
