computer literate, a comparison shopper, a woman, practical, expecting good, fair service, appreciative of good service
Pros

    great customer service, low cost comparitively, Great Roaming included, easy website payments, attentive, multiple plans available

I can't say enough good things about T-Mobile.  I have never had a problem with their customer service.  Reception is fantastic - more bars in more places than Cingular that's for sure.  The price is good compared to other carriers too.  I always tell everyone to get T-Mobile.
