I used and loved T-Mobile for three years. When I decided to go on a remote mission trip, I called 3 months in advance to cancel my service. I called again weeks before leaving. And off I went. I had no computer access and figured that my service was cancelled. I find out three months later that money is still being withdrawn from my account! So I call and cancell it AGAIN! Three months later, they are still withdrawing money. I stopped the payment from my bank, called and cancelled, was told that they would only pay back 90 days of the withdrawn money... THREE FREAKING MONTHS LATER THEY ARE STILL WITHDRAWING MONEY!!! They NEVER refunded any of it! I made a fuss, they finally paid me back 90 days of the 9 MONTHS they had been ripping off my account. Acknowledging that I hadn't used the phone since August... but stating that that was all they could do. I will never EVER set up automatic payments for anything again... and I will never use T-Mobile ever again. Their customer service was fine, I never had a problem until I tried to cancel. Jerks. And when I tried to get the rest of my money, I was told to fax my complaint... I was never contacted or given a contact number and nothing was ever done.
