Great Customer Service, However, need to improve signal!

I became a customer right as Sprint and T-Mobile merged as one. I will attest that their customer service is excellent. I never have a problem getting a hold of a real human being. However, I live just outside our city and the reception is horrible. They offered a signal booster that uses our wifi connection to help improve signal. Our internet provider can't keep up with everything on our router so it's not a big help. I would still recommend them as a carrier for their customer service alone.

Best plan for me!

I recently moved to the USA, comparing this plan to others in Canada , it is above and beyond! I love how it's ublimited (almost) everything with calls/text/roaming in canada without additional charge! Sure, data may sometime be slow during those "traffic" hours, but I can't complain. It's a great plan, many are on it, therefore sometimes may be lagged a bit. They even give Netflix for free! Lots of great deals, bonuses on Tuesdays too!!!! So far, customer service is good.

I switched to Tmobile 5 years ago and I gotta say they have improved so much !! The price is great, the quality of service is very much improving by the day. They have really stepped it up with the customer service support!! My Favorite day is Tmobile Tuesdays where we get lots of cool freebies!!

To current customers and non-customers please take note as T-Mobile is where you want to stay or be in the years to come. They have amazing things coming around the corner and you will want to be a part of it. I know this because they listen to their customers and respond appropriately exceeding my expectations. My experience the last six years from both a personal and business account perspective has been most incredible, most uplifting, and most desirable a consumer could experience. When I switched carriers from Verizon to T-Mobile I was looking for an economical and quality carrier. I not only found that, but much more that exceeded any customer experience in my many decades on planet earth.

T-Mobile Prepaid: Poor Customer Service and Broken Billing

My wife and I switched to Tmobile's prepaid plan after having a terrible experience with Xfinity Mobile. We had previously used Tmobile's post-paid plan and been very happy. Under the new Tmobile plan we setup autopay to renew our service. Twice now, our service has expired on the renewal date and our service was cutoff. In both cases I had to manually renew our service only to find out through our credit card bill that Tmobile billed us 2x for the same transaction. The first time this happened I called tmobile and asked them to fix our autopay and refund us. They "fixed autopay" but said they couldn't refund us because they didn't see more than one charge. Since they were being unhelpful, I disputed the charge through my credit card company. The second time I was overcharged I called them immediately and they promised me a full refund and that another agent from the billing department would call me the next day. That didn't happen and it has been a week and a half. To say that I am extremely frustrated with Tmobile's customer service would be an understatement. The only reason I'm still with them is that I'm tired of dealing with customer service and don't want to change carriers again. I'm planning to just manually pay my bill early each month. If another reputable carrier comes along and offers me a better deal though, I'd be more than happy to switch carriers.

I have had TMobile now for over 13 years and will never switch. I love T-Mobile's customer service and the phone plans are fair. They also have the T-Mobile Tuesday's where they give free stuff for the customers! This past Tuesday, they gave free TMobile socks and a taco from Taco Bell! Yum!
