T-Mobile —
I once loved T-Mobile - until I signed a contract. Now I feel like I'm caught in cell-phone hell. Their customer "service" (and this is a liberal use of the word) is at best unhelpful, at worst downright rude. I have four months left on my contract and am counting down the days until I can find a new provider. The only reason I'm sticking it out is because I refuse to give them any more of my money. Think twice before signing on with them.
