Pros

    great customer service, nice, low cost comparitively, easy website payments

After being a tmobile customer for 4 years, I tried to go to another cellphone carrier that promised better service.  That was a total joke!  I found Tmobile to be very cost effective, reliable and overall one of the best services I have ever used.  I was more than willing to go back to them.
