T-Mobile - Sidekick ID Cell Phone —
Sidekick ID. My husbands roller ball stopped connecting within the first 6 months. The internet connection took forever and it once took 3 days for a text msg he sent me to hit my phone. When it did come in it was at 4 in the morning. The key board only works if you don't have any fingernails. It took 3 months to get the internet option disconnected on both phones and he has gone back to his old flip phone, the one this was was supposed to replace. Customer service at TMobile has declined since we joined years ago and emails are rarely answered. I've been thinking about the G1 for my husband and hooking him back up to internet. Guess I will hope over and read those reviews.
