T-Mobile - Sidekick ID Cell Phone —
The Motorola Sidekick Slide is the worst cell phone I've ever had! I have had nothing but problems with it since the first couple of months after purchasing. It drops calls. It is constantly searching for a signal therefore I'm often without service. Whenever the phone is turned off then turned back on, old deleted text messages are back. I know it is the phone and not our service because another family member on the same plan has a different phone and does not experience any of the problems I do.I tried to replacing the phone under the manufacturers warranty. I was told I would have to return the phone before the manufactuer would issue me a new one. I tried getting a loaner phone from the store where the phone was purchased, unfortunately they were uninterested in my dilemma and only tried to sell me another phone, at the ridiculous full price.
I still have the phone because as much of an inconvenience it is, it is my only phone and I can not be without it for the 2-3 weeks it would take for the manufacturer to send me a new one.
I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone!
