Pros

    use any MP3 file for ringtone, easily syncs contacts with outlook, great slide out keyboard, media player is great

Cons
    finnicky internet, poor cellular reception

T-Mobile MDA — 

Amazing device has almost any features needed for any user, including WiFi, Bluetooth, infrared, touchscreen, voicedail, MS office, etc.. Only problem is that it is somewhat inconvenient to use as a phone, having to rely of the touchscreen and keypad each time to find contacts. Also, this device has the worst cellular reception of any device I have ever seen or used, which could be a pro if you dont want to be found.
