Thank you. I have not heard of Alltel, guess I should look them up while I'm at this particular stage of the game. I'm not so sure that all these problems make the savings worth it which is why I'm not reccomending this and giving a low rating. They didn't rate lower because saving that much money is a plus. :) However, I'm one to give a chance before I make a decision to call it a failure - you never know. Some of the issues would have cropped up no matter what type of VoIP I chose because all VoIP's essentially work the same way - through a router. That change is what caused a majority of our problems. I just think T-Mobile should train their CSR's much better and that they should give the whole picture. Again, thanks. Very good points! :)
