Worst Phone I've Ever Owned

I'm on my second Dash in 6 months. T-Mobile kindly replaced the first one and now I'm having the exact same problems again! My phone freezes up and the only way to shut down is to remove battery and power back up, the alarm clock goes off randomly whenever it wants (at work!), on half of my calls people cannot hear me speaking, etc., etc., etc...need I say more?

Sounds like a pain, they should let you exchange it for a different phone after 2 failed ones :(
