I've had this phone since it first came out and I still LOVE it! The only 2 things that I would complain about is the battery life and syncing. There is an extended life battery but I just haven't gotten around to getting it yet. Whenever I sync my phone to my computer, all of my downloaded content (ie: ringtones, games, etc.) along with my personal pictures and media files get deleted. I don't know what causes this but I don't sync my phone anymore because I don't want to lose my stuff. It hasn't always done that, for the first year it was fine. Other than that, NO COMPLAINTS!
