Can't download custom ringtones, sometimes crashes, Touch sensitive volume control

T-Mobile - Dash Cell Phone —

I love my T-Mobile Dash. I have had it for about a year and for the price I paid after researching the phone and purchasing it online, I couldn't beat it. The T-Mobile has a nice soft feel to it, the buttons feel natural in my hands. I loved surfing the internet on it, before I downgraded to T-Mobile Tzones, I just wish T-zones was a little more functional when searching for directory information. Sometimes it takes a few attempts before I get the info I need, but it is better than paying directory assisstance each time. I love my Camera and Recording option on my phone, just wish I has storage capabilities to store more music or photos. Still haven't used all the features on my phone, I will start using my voice command on my phone as soon as I read the instructions on that.
