T-Mobile - Dash Cell Phone —
I originally was in the market for a blackberry, but when I spotted the Dash and found out that it had wi-fi access I was sold! However it didn't take long for the excitement to die away. As soon as I started trying to navigate the phone's system I realized just how confusing and frustrating the phone's menu could be, and it doesn't help that the system sometimes jumps to a menu option you didn't even choose. The internet access can be very slow, which can cause you to time out. On the plus side, it does look and feel nice in your hand and if you have the patience to navigate the system it will deliver all the features it promises. The color screen is great, but the sound quality on the media feature is not good at all. The side touch bar for the volume control leaves much to be desired. No matter how you program the setting it seems to have a mind of it's own. The slightist touch will lower the volume....very aggrivating. Would I recommend this product? Only if you are crazy about having the WiFi access for internet browsing.
