I've been incredibly happy with this phone and the service I receive from T-Mobile. The keypad is easy to use, the phone is a good size for my hand, and the screen is unbelievably bright and easy to read.
I use this device as my primary home phone as well as a secondary source for reading e-mail and surfing the net. It's nearly always worked great for me. You do need to think of it as a computer and remember to "reboot" it periodically, but it's not presented me with any major challenges that a quick call to customer service wouldn't work out.
I had a Palm Treo prior to this and I would recommend the Dash over that anyday!
