T.J. Maxx - Chicago, IL Reviews

Someone once sent me in T.J. Maxx for tennis clothes, which they apparently carry. I didn't find any I liked that day, but I scored in another department - purses! T.J. Maxx has a really great selection of fabulous purses with designer labels, and all at discount prices.

I bought one or two and when I told a girlfriend my "find," she just laughed and said, "Yes, I know, I always find great purses there." So other people know my little "secret," huh? In case you didn't, now you do.

The store is always chock-a-block with discounted clothing, but I'll let someone else comment on that. ...

I have only visited the T.J. Maxx in Tinley Park, but it is a wonderful store.  I was very surprised by the amount of departments and the variety of items in such a small space.  Although the store is a little messy, it surprisingly did not feel too cluttered.  It is organized very well.

My initial trip to T.J. Maxx was for clothing for myself but I ended up also finding toys for my son and some home decor items as well.  Not only does the T.J. Maxx carry brand name clothing items, but brand names in other items as well.  It was around Christmas time and I was able to find Thomas the Train...
