T.J. Maxx - Chicago, IL —
This has always been one of my favorite places. I love it not only for department store high quality clothes at a bargain; but also kid's clothes and gifts. I looked there at Christmas time because they have a selection of toys: Educational and different, and at much lower prices than other stores. I have bought spa products and there is some really classy decor there too as well as bed sets: comforters, throw pillows.
