I love to watch cooking shows and duplicate the techniques.  I had seen on several shows dishes where they do a little cooking on the stove top and then place the frying pan in the oven to finish off the cooking process.  The problem was all of my pans did not have handles that could go in the oven without either melting, or just getting rediculasly and dangerously hot.  But I wanted to be able to create the dishes that I saw on TV, so I knew I had to get an oven safe frying pan, but I did not want to have to pay a rediculas amount of money. — Luckily for me T-Fal makes… read full review »
