Most Inventive Collage / Mixed-Media Work

I love an original, interested in cultural experiences, buyer of art on every trip

The Chicago artist, Syndy Ziegenfuss creates these large scale mixed-media masterpieces that are full of images and layering techniques, unlike any other artist. These are truly original. She uses ordinary images to create extraordinary stories and subtle social commentary. Every piece is mysterious, yet familiar and the viewer sees something new- every time you look at it. The epoxy finish she uses, ties it all together. I've seen her work at Looptopia on State Street and they were incredible in the lit windows.
