Symantec Norton Internet Security 2007 Full Version for PC Review

I have used Norton products in the past and decided to give McAfee a try. It didn't take long to realize I had made a mistake! Since I had paid for a year of service, I decided to go with it.

Once my year was up, McAfee automatically charged my credit card to renew for another year with no prior notice. Further, I have two PCs (desktop, laptop), I was only using McAfee on one of those. When one system went down, I began using McAfee on the other to finish out my year. I should note that I had bought a license for 2 systems, so this should not have been a problem.

Turns out it was a problem. McAfee shut down my service on the 2nd PC...again with no notice.

Additionally, in the interim, I had purchased a new online program from AVG (Grisoft) which works beautifully! At that time, I did receive a call from McAfee telling me that the two programs were not compatible and I would have to delete the AVG program. I refused to delete it and told them I would delete the portion of McAfee that conflicted. Thereafter, everytime I tried to run AVG, I got popups from McAfee "reminding" me that AVG is not compatible.

Either way, I've decided to go back to Norton/Semantec and stay with them. They've proved themselves time and again for me.
