This is a great way to get your chocolate fix in a low calorie and delicious way. It will warm you on a cold day.A great drink to give your children and keep it low calorie and lower in sugar. I have an occasional desire to drop the coffee and pick up some hot chocolate. This fills that desire perfectly, given the Diabetes predisposition I have in my family. I just love this stuff and keep some in my truck all the time for cold mornings and emergency long days. My son drinks even more than I do because he doesnt like coffee. He says he will when he get grown up... I think it is great that Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate has a no sugar added brand that tastes great. I am diabetic and I get frustrated with the nutrisweet, equal, or sweet n low taste. They are very nasty products. I was very thankful when I discovered a sugar free cocoa that actually tasted good! It certainly takes some of the depression out of becoming a diabetic with very limited choices.
