review »Stay away from swimsuitsforall.com. Check out their open cases on BBB. I had the most difficult time getting a refund. I returned three items and they only credited my account for two of them. They had obviously made a mistake and I wound up calling 6 times over the span of 3 months. Their staff is clueless and did not know what to do. review »This was my first transactions with Swimsuitsforall. I purchased several Longtitude swimsuits and 3 cover-ups. After trying everything on, I kept 7(!) items and returned 4. Out of 4 returned, they finally gave me credit for 2 (after 5 weeks), sent back 1 to me at my expense (charged $5.95 on my credit card) stating that it was dirty (absolute lie - brand new condition with all tags attached) and did not acknowledge receipt of the 4th suit (which was clearly described in the return paperwork and was in the same package with the other 3). A month later and after starting an AmEx complaint, I received an email with store credit. I placed an order with the store credit online, a very confusing process.
