I am a big Swiffer fan!!! I swear by my Swiffer Wetjet for and Swiffer SweeperVac. So I had to try to the Swiffer Hardwood Floor Cleaner solution for the Swiffer WetJet. I was extremely disappointed with the result because the cleaner left a dull streaked finish on my floors. I then had to clean the floor to remove the streaks! I am used to Swiffer saving me time instead of creating more work. I was so surprised by this poor outcome since I have had such good luck with Swiffer products. I promptly returned theSwiffer Hardwood Floor Cleaner. I will continue using the other Swiffer Solutions for tile surfaces but I will not be purchasing the Swiffer Hardwood Floor Cleaner again.

I had put a wood floor wax on my hardwood floor, then later I cleaned it with the Swiffer Hardwood Floor Cleaner. Now my floor looks awful. I don't know what to do to get it better. It looks extremely dirty and mopping it doesn't help. I was told by others that now I would have to sand it and refinish it. Is there a way to clean it without going through all that? I'll never use the Swiffer for hardwood floors again.
