Refills don't have to be too expensive at all!

neat freak, a homeowner, picking up after pets, messy
Pros

    Lazy people will use it, easy to use, great for spot cleaning, good for quick touch up cleaning, light weight

I love this thing for my ceramic tile floor.  I do not buy the refills!  I cut up old t-shirts in the same size as the refills and use those.  If they're too dirty I just throw them away, but most of the time I just rinse them out first then throw them in with my other towels to wash and resuse a couple more times.
