Pros

good for quick touch up cleaning, Lazy people will use it, Time saving, less storage space, swivel head, easy to use, light weight

Cons
not efficient, changing cleaing pads frequantly, leaves really bad streaks, Pads are wet and gross to remove., not for big cleaning projects, not for very heavy duty cleaning, refills can get expensive, leaves behind residue, won't remove stubborn stains, Leaves floor sticky, very disappointing, cleaning pads and solution get expensive, cleaner runs out fast

Swiffer WetJet® —

The Swiffer Wet Jet was great, or so I thought when my son couldn't walk! When he started walking, I would notice how dirty his socks would get. To think, I wasn't really cleaning the floor as well as I though, when he was crawling on it.

The Swiffer seems to push more dirt around and smear it everywhere rather than pick it up into the 'absorbent pad'. If mine wasn't so old, I'd be taking the company up on their money back guarantee. The scrubber pad doesn't scrub at all. You might as well scrub on your hands and knees! Even if you I use a small squirt of solution, the pad smears and causes streaks after it has dried. It also leaves a sticky residue. It works ok on tile though.

You can buy the refills in bulk at warehouse stores, but if you can't, then it gets pretty expensive as you run out of pads and solution pretty fast.

Nothing beats a traditional mop and bucket!
