I'm into anything and everything that will make my life easier.  Sometimes there's just too much to try to get done in a day!  So I easily fell for the Swiffer Wet Jet idea.  And it is convenient.  You just fasten on a cloth to the bottom, push the button to release the cleaning solution and start cleaning the floor.  I don't have to pull out a bucket, fill it with solution and add water, and I don't have to ring out a mop when I'm done.  I just throw away the cloth.  I love that aspect of it!  — However, if you're looking to really get your… read full review »

The Swiffer WetJet is one of the best things ever invented. It's so easy and economical to use. You just put the bottle of cleaner on the handle, put a Swiffer Cleaning Pad on, give your floor a squirt and begin. When you are finished, you just throw away the cleaning pad. There is no rinsing out anything.  It is so much better than using any kind of mop ever made. The liquid cleaner leaves your floors very clean and never sticky. I bought the Swiffer Wet Jet when I had wood laminate floors installed in most of my house. It was the recommended cleaner for my floors, so I went out and bought the wood floor cleaner and the regular multi cleaner for the tile in the rest of my house. They are easy enough to change out, so it all seemed perfect. My biggest complaint is with the wood cleaner. I think it is cleaning my floor because spots go away easily from spills, etc., but when the sun hits the floor I can see the cleaner has left streaking. The Swiffer WetJet is incredibly easy to use.  It is lightweight and works for an easy spot clean.  However, it does not scrub, needs multiple cleaning pads, the refills don't last long and neither do the batteries.  You can not refil the cleaning solution with your own, you have to buy theirs. — I found that for a quick clean it is ok, but since I purchased the Hoover Floor Mate I don't even bother with the WetJet.  And for little spills, I just grab a sponge.  The WetJet also tends to leave the floor sticky after cleaning. —… read full review »

We had mixed feelings about this product. First problem we had is that we are a very "green" family and this product is NOT green friendly. The amount of trash this makes can be insane! We have hard floors throughout the house so you can amagine how many pads this thing has the ability to use. Second, it only worked well for quick clean ups. You can't get a really good deep clean from something like this. It doesn't scrub. Perfect for cleaning up something sticky but no good for stubborn dirt. We have three kids, two dogs and two cats! I have had my Wet Jet for atleast 5 years- I got it when it came out. I used to use it all the time, not so much anymore.  My complaint is the cost of buying all the supplies got to be too much for me once I became a stay at home mom, I mop multiple times a day  (every meal- my son is messy!) and it got to be too much.  I thought it did a great job but I found a better product for our family, so I have retired our Wet… read full review »
