"Swif" has become a verb in our household.  I push my Swiffer Sweeper behind the fridge and back of doorways every morning and evening.  I swif adroitly under benches in my front hall.  Once a week, I reach up and swif cobwebs and dust which collect in corners just below the ceilings.  We're in the midst of a drought so dust is a big, gross deal here.
But nothing is as big a deal as Dolce, Shelby and Vivo's hair collections.  I recently read an article in BARK by a man who swore that his dog's hair actually grew and replaced itself even as he slept or sat stockstill in a chair.  I'll subscribe to that notion!
I've also met a lady who spins her cats' hair into yarn and knits (very scratchy) scarves with it.  No, she isn't nuts.  But neither does she have to walk her cats.  I prefer my time-outs for exercising the pooches.
Finally I like my Swiffer because I don't have to think.  I don't have to plug it in.  I don't have to recharge it.  And I don't have to empty it -- although I have been known to pick the dust balls off and start on another round with the same cloth.
  C'est la vie!

I love these things too! I can imagine that a lot of your time is spent not only on catching up with animal hairs but just plain catching up with ANIMALS. haha! I love your little creatures.
