Swiffer 360 Dusters Review

I don't know why, but one of my least favorite cleaning chores is dusting. Therefore, I've been using the Swiffer Dusters ever since they came out. It's just so much easier to use them, since those tiny crafty little microfibers seem to grab onto everything and not let it go. They don't always seem to pick up everything, though, and sometimes I find myself switching pads in the middle of a dusting session. When I run out of the pads, though, I'm stuck, and it's a little limiting to only use one flat side of the duster. Because of this, I decided to try the Swiffer 360 Duster.

Instead of the flat pads, it's a round cylinder of the microfibers that fit on the end of the wand. This allows you to get inside things and twist it around and really get things dusted out. Yet, don't let the round shape fool you, as it still dusts flat surfaces. One of the things I like the microfibers most for is cleaning the registers. One sweep of them and they're cleaned out, yet I'm not knocking stuff all over the floor. The 360 Duster works just as well at this.

In addition, I found that it dusts surfaces a little more deeply than the flat-style pads. It has more texture to it than the flat pads, enabling you to to trap more dust in it. In exchange, they aren't as disposable. Instead of just swiping out a dirty one for a clean one, you shake off the dust and use it again until you just can't get it clean anymore, then you replace it.

To me, I find the Swiffer 360 Dusters works like the old-fashioned feather dusters, but better. You can replace the pad when you can't get it clean any more, and in addition, it cleans deeper and holds the dust in the microfibers, instead of floating it around your house.
