My husband has severe allergies, and this is one of the rare shining stars that doesn't aggravate them. This litter has next to no dust, and no nasty fresh-from-the-package litter smell; it doesn't cause sneezing, nor get into the eyes and irritate. It also doesn't end up getting really foul-smelling after use either, and we have four cats! It's only slightly more expensive than standard scoop litters, and I'm willing to put down the two extra bucks to keep the sneezing out of the house.
