I like liquid stevia because it works well in cold beverages or things that you won't be able to dissolve the powdered stevia into. We have been buying liquid stevia for a while now and have found it to be very handy. We have found it to be quite a bit more expensive then the powered stevia in our situations. If you will be using it in hot beverages etc. it is less expensive to use powered stevia. The benefits of the liquid are based on preference because these can also come flavored with many different flavors that you may like. Many people like it with vanilla flavoring or hazelnut flavoring. The concentration of liquid stevia can vary so taste it after about 5 drops and see how you like it. After using Liquid stevia for years, I am convinced that this is a good alternative to sugar. We are enjoying adding stevia to smoothies and other beverages. I try to keep liquid stevia on hand for wonderful flavor.
