My husband and I have so many people hooked on Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce. Why? Because this is the best tasting BBQ sauce we have ever tried (we have tried them all I think) and others that have tried it will say the same.

This was perfected by a Chicago man named Chef Larry (it is the family recipe) and he hit the nail on the head with this sauce.  We will use it on ribs, chicken, sausages, baked potatoes, fries, eggs, burgers...just so many ways to use this product. We don't buy ketchup anymore.

It is available in 18 oz, 28 oz, 40 oz and, 80 oz bottles (now we are talking BBQ).  It is a tangy, thick and sweet with a kick BBQ sauce and so far the original is the our favorite. They also have:  Honey, Hickory & Brown Sugar, Ray's Hot 'N Spicy and Sweet Vidalia Onion (this one is also very good).

We were over by my sister in law's pig roast and someone brought over another brand of BBQ sauce and she thanked them (put it in the kitchen, tucked away) and when the party was over...She asked me what they were thinking because it wasn't Sweet Baby Rays...She then got a call later on (the person that gave her the other brand) and they asked what kind of sauce was used on the pork...We had another converter to Sweet Baby Rays

We do goodie boxes with friends in London and in "Aussie land". We always pack in a bottle of S.B.R. Each of them raved about the taste and it is requested for future goodie boxes.

If you haven't tried Sweet Baby Ray's yet...You really must...you too will be hooked. You can find it in the BBQ sauce section of your food store or super store. I need more stars for this sauce!

Can't wait to see your review on Big Bob's...I haven't heard of it until now.

While Sweet Baby Ray's is good, the hands down best is Big Bob Gibson's. It was won many World Championship BBQ contests and is my personal favorite.

I love Sweet Baby Ray's! Did you know that they have a buffalo sauce, too? It is very good! I just bought the Hot and Spicy and I was looking for some recipes to use it in, when I found this site!

The picture does look like BBQ'd hands! But I didn't notice it until I read the comment below!

Happy to see that others are spreading the joy of SBR's!!

Thanks for your comment awlafon...This sauce is easy to use on anything...I thinned it out a bit and now use it for salad dressing :)

We love this too! In fact our daughter is always trying to find ways to use sweet Baby Ray's on anything. Great review.

WOW! We use this one all the time! It is so delicious and it happens to be the cheapest sauce on the shelf. I never realized it had a "following" lol

Oh Cyndi I have tears streaming down I am laughing so hard. Those are ribs. Just because I am from WI doesn't mean we all eat the other folks LOL. Hands don't have that much meat on them any way LOL. I will ask my hubby which kind of ribs they are since he is the rib buyer and he knows his ribs (I hope because your making me wonder now LOL)...If it were for me...I prefer ribs without bones.

I really must ask. What are those BBQ things in the photos that look like cooked hands? They don't look like ribs. They really do like BBQ hands. Did Jeffrey Dalmer make those? Maybe it's the size. I keep clicking back and trying to figure that out. I'm a net nerd for sure.

I agree - Sweet Baby Ray's certainly hits the nail on the head! Wouldn't prepare my BBQ ribs without it.

It is good, but I still like my Jack Daniel's sauce a little better ;-)
