Used it for a week...threw it away

I picked this deodorant up months ago and gave it a try after another clinical strength deodorant wasnt as effective as I wished.  I always thought Sure was a good brand of deodorant...until now. Sure Max claims that it is guaranteed to provide the maximum strength wetness protection available without a prescription. **Sure Max has it all:** - Clinical Power - Maximum wetness protection available without a prescription - Clinically proven extra effective - Skin conditioner to reduce irritation - The trusted wetness odor protection of Sure The only thing on that bulleted list that I agree with is that it didnt irritate my skin.  This deodorant did not work at all...by the middle of a normal work day I noticed that I didnt smell very fresh and it just got worse going on.  I kept using it for a week, trying to give it a chance and kept getting let down. Please dont waste your money on this product.

No better than a non-clinical deodorant.

When Clinical Strength deodorants started appearing on the scene without a prescription, I was very excited.  I hoped they could be my solution!  I have tried both Sure Max and Secret Clinical Strength, and had success with neither. Sure Max comes in a soft solid, the kind that "clicks" up through holes in the top of the container.  It's easy to apply.  The scent is unassuming.  It is less expensive than other clinical non-prescription deodorants. What I don't like about Sure Max is that it isn't effective.  It does not keep odor at bay any better than other non-clinical-strength deodorants that I have tried.  Now, that said... I'll be honest and say that I don't follow the directions exactly.  I shower in the morning, but Sure Max is recommended to be applied before bed.  To me, this is just inconvenient.  I will say that the few times that I've applied Sure Max at night, it has been more successful.  Secret Clinical Strength is also recommended to be applied at night. Overall, I can't recommend Sure Max.  I believe the product has been discontinued.  Perhaps its ineffectiveness is part of the reason.

This is a review for Sure Max Clinical Strength anti-perspirant and deodorant. This deodorant comes in baby posder scent and in unscented. It is clinical strength for people who have extra problems with odor and wetness. I had alot of odor and wetness problems while living in the state of Florida. It is so hot down there, it's hard to control the sweating. I went through alot of deodorants trying to find one that smelled good, and controlled my odor and wetness issues. I really like this deodorant. It works great on my odor and wetness. It is not irritating. Alot of Clinical strength deodorants a very very irritating. They can actually cause burns if used on freshly showered under arms. I had it happen to me with Certain Dri deodorant. Sure Max Clinical strength deodorant is non irritating, smells nice, is safe for sensitive skin, and it works great for me. It goes on very smooth and creamy.

I have tried lots of antipersprints and deodorants, most with the same results: It never stopped the sweat enough to prevent pit stains and only covered up the bo smell with something over powering (either too fruity or too florally). I finally got a perscription from my doctor. Totally worth the money but it feels like it is burning the sweat right out of the pores. The side effects were very painful and I had to be careful about not shaving my armpits on the day I applied. Then one day I was at the store and saw I had a coupon for Sure clinical. There was also a sticker for a try me free rebate. I figured that was like them paying me to try it so I went ahead and bought it. Sure Clinical is unscented.  There isn't a harsh chemical scent like my perscription nor an overpowering unnaturally girlly scent either. My underarms do get dried out when I apply it several days in a row, but they don't get nearly as irritated as they did with my perscription. And I don't have to apply it every night, I usually apply it every 2-3 days and never have to worry about pit stains or underarm odors.

I purchased Sure clinical strength a few months ago.  I used it for probably one month.  I was pleased with the lack of sent.  To apply the deodrant you twist the bottom and the deodrant squeezes through some holes on the top.  I did like this and it went on very smoothly.  I originally purchased Sure Clinical Strength because I was having a very hard time finding a deodrant/antipersperant that would stop my underarm wetness.  I had tried many other brands and decided to try one labeled "clinical strength".  Most of the clinical strength deodrant/antipersperants cost a lot of money.  When I found the Sure Clinical Strength at a local discount store I decided to try it.  I was not impressed.  Just as so many other deodrants and antipersperants have not stopped my underarm wetness, this clinical strength formula did not as well.  I had high hopes for this product due to the application, lack of scent and great cost.  However, it did not solve my problem and I will not be using it again.
