Sur La Table Silicone Muffin Cups Review

I received these silicone muffin cups as a gift for christmas.  I was skeptical because I had used other silicone products with mixed results.  I generally don't like the "floppiness" of silicone and sometimes the baked goods stick.  These work GREAT!  I also have some Wilton ones, but the Sur La Table ones beat them hands down.  The muffins or cupcakes come RIGHT out.  The "floppiness" isn't so much of an issue because I put them right into the regular muffin pan.  The entire muffin comes out of the muffin cup so easily!  Even if they are still warm.  Not like the paper ones where 1/2 my muffin is still stuck to the sides. They are also extremely easy to clean.  I just soak them in some soapy water and any residue wipes/rinses right out.  I especially like the fact that they are reusable.  I'm not throwing paper muffin cups away (with 1/2 my muffin stuck to it!) and having to remember to buy new ones every time I go to the store.  Anytime I want to make muffins or cupcakes, these are available and ready to go.  It's friendly on my pocket-book and friendly for the environment as well.  The kids love them because they are fun colors (we have a rainbow set).  I plan to buy another set the next time I get to the store!  I would highly recommend them.
