This is my favorite game. I first played it at my neighbors house and it was so much fun. She didn't tell me that I needed to wait until the arrows got to the top before I stepped to them but I easily figured that out (after I kept losing). My legs were so sore the next day so I know it's a great workout. I had played with her for about 2 hours before I noticed what time it was. Yes, time slips away when you are playing this game. It keeps you focused and there isn't any time to realize how sore and tired you are. I ended up buying one for my family. My husband, my kids, and I all play this. I do it more for a workout than anything. I can't seem to stay focused enough to use my treadmill so this works way better! I totally recommend this to everyone - especially to all those moms who are wanting to lose weight and get back in shape :)

My friend just got this as she played it at her sister's house over Christmas and said she got a really good cardio workout from doing it. Sounds like a plan to me!
