Great motel for those on a budget!

I stay at this hotel several times/year.  Price is about $50/night for a single.  Continental breakfast is the usual - waffles, cereal, muffins, juice etc..  Nothing fancy, but the muffins taste pretty fresh. 

This motel is clean though!  It is quieter than most motels for this price & they don't seem to have the party folks here (they say they don't allow the noise makers here), so you can get a pretty good night sleep here. 

Yes, the higher priced motels/hotels will have nicer rooms, and better mattresses, but for $50/night you can't get much better in Sioux Falls.

Great place to stay
married, budget-conscious traveler, not rich

We have stayed at this motel several times and have had no problems.  The beds are comfortable, the staff is nice, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good (gotta try the waffles).  I would highly recommend this place.  It is right across from the Empire Mall (great shopping) and is close to several eating places.  You won't be disappointed in this, unless you are looking for a pool--it doesn't have one.  The only downfall that I can think of.
