No offense...you're nice and all, but I think I can do better.

a girl with a bit of natural curl, trying to take good care of my hair, stricken with fine but frizzy hair, into trying new things, willing to pay for quality, brand conscious

Pros

did get as a free sample, can usually find coupons for, did tame some of the frizz

Cons

didn't live up to my expectations 100%, wasn't the best scent in the world

I just reviewed Sunsilk De Frizz Shampoo 12 oz. I used it alongside the De Frizz conditioner, so I figured I would review that as well.

As I stated in the other review, I have problem hair.....who doesn't?

My hair is long, but limp. Has a bit of natural wave, but is stringy with undefined curls. A nice chestnut brown color, but dry and frizzy. It really does not do much. I do not have many hair style options either. I do not like my hair short, and I DO NOT look good with bangs!!! So what do ya do?

When I saw the commercials for Sunsilk products I was immediately interested. The only problem was - I had most of the issues that they were individualizing in each bottle...so I picked the one product that targeted the issue that bothers me most---FRIZZ!!! I sent away for a free sample on their website (I think they run about $3 each in the store) and the rest you are about to hear.

The scent, as I mentioned before, was not awful, but not wonderful either. After I used the product, I was looking for a significant difference from my usual $1 conditioner. Didn't really happen....You could tell I used something different, but not so much that I would switch to their brand exclusively. It did tame some frizz, but not completely. I still had to use some extra product after.

I would have to give Sunsilk De Frizz Conditioner 3 stars. Nothing more, nothing less. It was pretty average. I still might recommend it to a friend if they use it along with some type of frizz control product after (which is part of the Sunsilk De Frizz line, but I didn't try).
