Even though I always have soda at my house doesn't mean I am content just drinking that.  Soda dehydrates you terribly e en though it is something that is handy and easy to drink.  I like to keep Sunny d at my house because my parent only ever had soda.  They never bought us juice because we drank it to fast. It is great to keep on hand because not only does it taste good but it is a healthy alternative to soda.  I also love it because I can make fuzzy navels with it and the morning after use it to rehydrate providing there is anything left. This is the only kind of orange juice I will drink because it is the only one I have ever found that I actually like.  It has plenty of vitaim c in it which make it worth the extra money that I pay for soda.  The only thing is I wish it would make something small and compact--and cheap--like a soda so I could take them with me to work because they would help energize me a little on my night shift.

I recently started cutting back on the soda my kids consume. I purchased Sunny Delight and my kids love it.  They drink it with almost every meal.  I like the fact that it contains vitamins. It's very tasty too
