Soda is not a health food product. Let's just get this out there from the get-go. I know it's not juice. I know it's not good for me. But I like it, and I'm not willing to give it over completely. I am, however, striving to cut down on my sugar intake. Diet sodas are, by and large, kind of awful. If they're not awful, they don't taste even remotely like the non-diet originals. Not so when it comes to Sunkist Diet Orange Soda.

This stuff tastes just like the orange soda you remember from childhood. That great stuff that felt so good on a hot, summer day. It's pretty much the only diet soda that 1) has no strange after-taste caused by sweeteners and 2) actually tastes just like the original. If anything, drinking it feels kind of indulgent.

So, while I don't advise anyone to make soda their main beverage, if you're going to drink diet soda, you should consider Sunkist Diet Orange. You won't feel as if you're missing anything.

I have always been afraid of that after taste but I am seeing that that is not always the case for all diet drinks!

But does it have the caffiene kick, I need? lol. :-) I do love orange soda.
