The product is good. I use 1 caplet once a day because of other vitamins and other medication that I take. No taste at all. My hair was thinking out on the sides but now I can see were myhair is growing back on the sides. My scalpisnotas flaky

Although the concept of these vitamins is good, the taste of them is so terrible that it is difficult to convince yourself to take them, especially to take three of them, which is the recommended serving size. The things I do like about Sundown's Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamins include the purpose and effectiveness. The intended purpose is unique and appeals to very many women. Most women are at least somewhat vain, so appealing to the superficial side of the consumer is a good idea, and the best part about these vitamins is that they manage to actually deliver on the intend purpose. I did notice increased strength in my nails, which were previously extremely brittle and prone to breakage. I did not necessarily notice any particular changes or improvements to my skin. My hair seemed to be a bit less prone to breakage and split ends, which was nice. The down side, however, is the taste. They are literally the worst tasting vitamins I've ever had, and even if you manage to get them down, the flavor lingers for hours in your throat. They are also large, so you cannot avoid getting the taste in your mouth. The flavor needs major improvement.

I moved to a very dry and cold area about a year and a half ago, thanks to my husband's job, and within the first 6 months, I noticed that my hair most especially, my nails, started showing sign of breakage. My nails became impossible to grow, and my hair had more split ends that I had ever had in my entire life, even though my regimen had stayed the same. I saw Sundown's Hair, Skin and Nails supplements in the store and decided to try them in the hope that it would help. After 6 months of taking these every day, I am finally able to grow my nails and not have break them every other day, and my hair is significantly healthier. These WILL make a difference, but you have to give it a few months to see results. There are a couple of negative points with this product though, one is the size of the pills, and the other is the texture and after taste. I wish they were a bit smaller, especially since you have to take 3 pills a day. The texture is rather unpleasant, very chalk like. The after taste is very strong to me and you MUST take them with food, or you will definitely get sick to your stomach. Overall, this is a great product that delivers good results if you stick with it.

Hair, Skin and Nail supplements are a great way to get a head start on boosting your overall appearance - a good, regular diet will give you these things, but a supplement such as this will certainly give them a boost. My daughter and I have both used this supplement and after several months use, have noticed in particular our nails are stronger, longer and no longer as weak as they were. My hair appears to grow even faster than before, and I'm in my mid fifties now. I would definitely recommend this product.

Ive been taking this for about 3 weeks, and i noticed a HUGE difference in the thickness and health of my hair. Ive always had dull brittle hair, due to dying and straightning, and i tried these as a last resort (one of my friends told me about them). I honestly didnt think they would work, but in less than a month I was amazed at how my hair looked and felt and how many compliments i started getting. The first thing i noticed were how my eyebrows were filling in which i did not expect, but am glad considering i have thin eyebrows and have to use a pencil to fill in. I take 3 a day, i have no problem with the smell or size(they are kind of big) The only con i can think of is it has 5000 IU of vitamin A in them, which is kind of alot and i know large amounts could be toxic so im going to ask my dr next time i go in. But other than that they really are a miracle and if your like me and have thin hair that doesnt grow you need to try these!!

This product is GREAT I cut my hair almost completely off because of really bad split ends. I wanted to try to grow my hair back fast with out braiding it so I tried a couple different mulitvitamins and this one works the best and quickly if you following the directions and take everyday! No complaints on my end!! Has all the essential vitamins for daily intake.
