Sunbeam SLP 3310-UM Review

My home office is in an upstairs room with a twelve-foot ceiling.  The rest of the upstairs is not occupied.  Rather than turn on and crank up the gas furnace for the upstairs, I bought and use my Sunbeam SLP3310-UM Low-Profile 1000/1500 Watt Convection Heater.

It's a baseboard design, not too large, the right size to be unobtrusive (when they call it 'low-profile' they're right).  Its design is sleek, which means it doesn't have a lot of sharp corners, and its black color reflects its basic, get-it-done-without-a-lot-of-flash performance.

Features include:

* Five pre-set temperature selections--65, 70, 75, 80, 85.

* A timer--4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours.

* Eco Smart option offers energy savings by cycling between low and high heat.

* Automatic thermostat control

* Power indicator light

* Tip-over and overheat protection with automatic shut-off

I used the Sunbeam Low-Profile 1000/1500 Watt Convection Heater all last winter.  It kept my office comfortable no matter how cold it got.  I'm sorry I didn't discover it earlier, as all my space heaters would be Sunbeam Low-Profile heaters if I had.
