Previously I've owned the George Foreman Grill, which I enjoyed grilling with.  However, since I didn't have the removable plates like the latest models have, clean-up was a chore.  With the Sunbeam Rocket Grill Model 7350, the clean-up became as easy as removing the parchment bag with the cooked food, taking the food from the bag onto the serving platter and then throwing the bag away...1 - 2 - 3!

As you can see from the photo, this grill is unlike the mainstream grills out there since it stands upright and the grilling plates run up & down in the back of the unit.  To grill food, all you have to do is select whether or not your food is fresh or frozen using the slide adjuster on the right and preheat the unit by pressing the power button located on the left.  The light will turn green when ready to go (it only takes a couple of minutes, tops).

The unit comes with a package of 48 parchment bags that you use to place your food (2 good-sized burgers or chicken breasts fits easily into the bag).  You can purchase additional bags as needed for around $15 for a pack of 36.  Once you have your food in the bag, just hook the holes on the top of the bag into the little nubs on the grilling unit and close the lid.  Using the handy cooking guide that's stored in a pull-out tray under the unit, set the timer for the correct amount of time for the type & amount of food you're cooking.  I can have 2 frozen chicken breast cooked in about 9 minutes.

Once the bag is secured, the lid is closed and the timer is set, the cooking plates begin to close on the bag to start cooking (you will hear the sound of the plates moving & the food cooking.  As the food cooks, any grease drips down into the channel made along the bottom of the parchment bag - making the food healthier.  Once the timer goes off, remove the bag of food from the unit and, using the tongs provided, place the food on a serving platter and then discard the bag (I usually drain the grease from the bag before throwing away).

Make sure when selecting your food that the thickness isn't too thin, or else the grills will flatten the food too much.  (I found that if you set the fresh/frozen selector to "fresh" for a thinner piece of frozen food, it can help solve that problem).  If you plan on using it to make panini sandwiches, just make sure your bread slices are a little on the thick side.

I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have this grill to help in my meal preparation.  I definitely consider it as one of my "go to" appliances.
