I love this mattress pad warmer.   I used to get too hot with an electric blanket and this keeps me nice and warm, even handy for quickly (and yes it does heat up quickly!) warming up the bed and then turning off before my husband gets too warm.   it heats even considering zones where you want more warmth (feet)  versus where your head and arms are.
