Sunbeam Electric Mattress Pad — 

It is the best electric blanket or heating pad I have owned but it still could be improved.  On a very cold night when you first get in bed it does not feel very warm even if yoiu set it on high.  I do like that you can set each side of your bed to your own indiviual setting and that it turns itself off after so many hours so if you forget it does waste energy.
