The Sunbeam Breadmaker, model 5891, is my first bread making machine. I found it easy to use and the instructions easy to follow but I had to re-read the instructions more than once. I still keep the instructions handy when I'm making bread for the basic use and because it contains recipes that I still use. The machine allows you to make your own recipes and store bought packaged bread mixes. For a novice breadmaker it is a good machine to start out with.
