The Sunbeam 5891 Bread Maker is a great asset to any homemaker. The machine features many baking options including settings for french, sweet, basic, and sandwich breads. It also has a dough only setting and bakes wonderful cakes.

The delay bake timer is perfect for busy moms or those who work late. You can add all ingredients and set the timer for up to 8 hours. This allows bread to be ready when you arrive home from work or just in time to be fresh for dinner.

Although, like most bread machines, the Sunbeam 5891 takes up a lot of counter space its design allows it to be easily stored in a cabinet.

This bread maker is easy to clean and care for. The baking pan is non-stick and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. It rarely needs to actually be washed with soap and water.

The digital settings and controls are user friendly and the machine comes with a wonderful booklet of recipes and detail user information.

The machine produces perfect bread but ingredients may need adjusting in the case of high temperatures or humidity. The machine does not automatically adjust the rising time based on the environment and produces a "heavy" loaf of bread at times.

Since the machine offers an excellent dough only cycle it is a preferable option to use the dough setting and place the dough in a warm place to rise until double in size. Doing this will produce light fluffy bread.

Over the Sunbeam 5891 is a great product for the money.
