I use my Sunbeam Adjustable can opener to open many cans. I got tired of using the manual can opener and getting those blisters! Just put can under blade and push down on lever to clamp can and it starts cutting the can . This sunbeam is adjustable for different size cans. I have used it to sharpen my scissors and it works very well. My canopener is white in color and goes well with my other appliances in my kitchen. The only thing I can say is the blade needs to be cleaned and it doesn't seem to clean very well. If you can clean it right away, there is no problem. If you let the spill on the blade sit then it is very hard to get off. I have not used it to sharpen my knives yet. But since it sharpens the scissors well , Im sure it would do knives well.
