This works really well for holiday cookie making. Love to get this out ...my kids know it means we are REALLY making cookies. This works really well for making dry cookie mixes like Swedish no-names that are dryer than many doughs. The mixer has a wide range of speeds and seems very sturdy. I couldn't imagine spending more for a different brand when this one works so well. Mixing Performance Really blends quickly. Ease of Cleaning Beaters pop out for easy clean up, just wipe down the unit. Dish washer the rest. Durability Does not bobble or shake when mixing. Very sturdy machine....vey heavy.
